The Service Provider is not responding to messages, can I cancel the task?

If the Service Provider isn't responding to your messages, we recommend giving them at least 24-48 hours to get back to you (unless it's urgent).

If they remain unresponsive, or if they don't show up to complete the task at the agreed time and location, let them know via Sharetask private messaging that you’ll be cancelling the task. To cancel the task, click here.

Once the cancellation is successful the payment will be returned to your account in 5-7 business days.
